The TDGR Cake-Off

Love baking?
Why not enter this year’s TDGR Cake – Off?
There are three categories for entries:
1. A plate of 12 Individual Cakes
2. A plate of 12 Fruit Scones
3. Traditional Cake
We’re not the W.I. so we’re NOT taking this extremely seriously, it’s just a bit of fun, designed to help the host tower with catering for the AGM and all-important Ringers Tea!!! We also know that ringers love baking!
When is the Cake-Off?
It’s at this year’s TDGR Ringing Festival at St. Petroc’s Bodmin on Saturday 21st of May. All Cake-Off Entries are to be received by Bryony Dorrington and the Team at St. Petrocs, Bodmin from 10:00am that day. Please DO NOT pre-slice your entries!

This is so we can guarantee enough table space for all the entries! Entry slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis. And yes, if you like, you may enter more than one category and more than one entry in the same category. Any entries received on the day without prior notification must be eaten at 10 am on the day and will not be judged – we simply will not have enough table space – you have been warned!!
Everyone will help judge the best in each category with a small prize awarded (and the kudos) for each winner. In the event of a ‘draw’ or any dispute the Eastern District Ringing Master’s decision will be final.
